The custom project process is simple and clear, with 4 steps:
Submit your requirements: Fill out the "Custom Inquiry" form on the website, including product application (e.g., automotive diagnostic/OEM equipment), technical specs (e.g., wire gauge, insulation material), and quantity.
Receive a solution & quote: Our engineering team will review your needs and provide a customized design plan, 3D drawing (if needed), and detailed quote within 48 hours.
Confirm & make a deposit: After you approve the plan and quote, sign the cooperation agreement and pay a 30% deposit to start production.
Production & delivery: We will send production progress updates every 3 days. After production, we conduct a full quality inspection, then ship the goods once you pay the balance.

We take full responsibility for product quality and offer a hassle-free after-sales process:
Report the issue: Contact our after-sales team within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and a detailed description of the problem.
Confirm the cause: Our quality inspection team will review the information and confirm whether the issue is due to production defects (we cover all related costs for production defects).
Get a solution: We offer three options based on your needs: free replacement (we cover shipping), full refund (processed within 5 working days), or on-site repair (for bulk orders in key markets like the US/EU).
