• Pinout verification - every pin checked to prevent reversed wiring.
• 100% continuity test on every circuit - no short, no open, no miswire.
• Connector mating force and locking mechanism verified.
• Visual: labels, heatshrink, braided sleeve finish to drawing.
Optional Tests (per project)
• Hi-Pot / dielectric test, pull test, IP67 sealing test, temperature cycle / UV aging.
